Three ways to list all the project tasks

- Step two of managing a project successfully is to begin planning it by breaking it into manageable tasks. Your list of tasks is basically the raw material for your plan, and if you miss a task, then your plan will take longer than you thought, cost more than you thought, and not be as good as you thought. So this is important. So how do we list the tasks for a project? And remember that a project is usually something we've never done before. There are three ways to list the tasks for your project, and I would recommend using all three of these, probably in this order. Though you're welcome to adapt this to fit your particular project. First, use the creative part of your brain, have a creative brainstorm meeting with your team, and get a random list of everything you can think of bouncing off each other's ideas with no criticism or judging.
