- Alright, I want to talk about some of the future of blockchain. We've already talked about smart contracts. There's no doubt that smart contracts are going to probably be more popular and probably be kind of the norm for contracts, especially in the digital world. Remember, a smart contract is a contract that's digitally enforced. That means when conditions are met, the payout occurs automatically on smart contracts. I don't have to worry about waiting for someone, don't have to worry about verifying someone. It just happens automatically. I used an example earlier in this course about me making a bed, but let's talk about other ways that it can happen as well. For example, in real estate, when you buy a property, there's all these methods that need to occur in property.
