Starting with the exercise file open for this movie, let's go ahead and open up Power Query by selecting Transform Data. Now, here in Australia, employers have to pay superannuation for permanent members of staff. The current rate is 11% of the annual salary. Say that we want to calculate this amount for each staff member in a simple and effective way. In Power Query, this is called a custom column, and the process to create the calculation is relatively straightforward once you know how. But let's see what advice we can get from ChatGPT.
