Understanding the Factory I/O scene, part 3: Right and left conveyors
- [Instructor] Now the left and right conveyors have similar setups. At the end of each conveyor there is a remover. As the name indicates, removes one or more items from the scene. For our case, the remover removes the cupboard boxes once they are sorted. Here is more information about the remover item including the configuration settings. There are also two retro-reflector sensors at the end of each conveyor, named At Right Exit Sensor and At Left Exit Sensor. They are similar to the ones placed by the chain transfer at the beginning of each conveyor. So each conveyor has an entry and an exit sensor. Both are retro-reflector type. The example you see on the screen showing these sensors and actuators for the right conveyor.
