How recruiters find you on LinkedIn
LinkedIn is the number one way to connect with recruiters because sometimes they will go and look for you and not the other way around. Here's how to make that happen. Step 1, go to your LinkedIn profile and click "Open to work." Make sure you have this function on. This signals to recruiters that you're open to be contacted and make sure you only click recruiters only. Step 2, write a LinkedIn headline that captures the value you would bring to an organization. Think of LinkedIn as a giant Google search page and you want your profile to show up as number one. Use this formula right here to attract recruiters to your site. And Number 3, have an all-star LinkedIn profile by filling in all the details from top to bottom. Bonus Tip: Add your email address to your about section to invite recruiters even more. If your LinkedIn is set with all these changes, recruiters are going to be looking for you and not the other way around. Good luck.
