- Have you ever wanted to remove that grand total section at the bottom of a PivotTable? Maybe you don't need that data point, or you don't love the look of it. Here is how we can do it. Right-click on the table, and then, select PivotTable Options, and in that menu, we're going to want to click the Totals & Filters tab, and uncheck those grand total boxes, and now, when we click OK, our table's looking fresh.
