Rearrange PivotTable fields with Excel
- Have you ever wanted to rearrange your pivot table? This situation has gotten me tripped up a bunch of times until I learned this trick. So here we can just right click on any of the pivot table items and then select More Sort Options, and here we are going to want to make sure that we are on manual sort mode. From here, we can hover over the field that we want to move and when our mouse turns into the little plus sign with the arrows at the end, that is our sign that we can click and drag to move our fields around and get them in the exact format that we like.
