- [Instructor] Viva Insights is a set of tools to help individual team members or leaders in an organization get a picture of the wellbeing and efficiency of the team. In this course, I will be introducing the features for personal insights. These include tools to help individual team members stay aware of their commitments, have more effective meetings, and maintain wellbeing at work. These are the features that are used by individual users in Microsoft 365, but there are additional components of Viva Insights that we will not cover in this course. These include Team insights, Organization insights, and Advanced insights. These are used by leaders in an organization to monitor overall trends and data about how groups of people are working together. Managers can generate reports to help them improve things like meeting schedules, employee engagement, and work effectiveness.
