Adding labels

- [Instructor] Do you have a need to group tasks into other categories other than the buckets? If so, then maybe labels is your answer. In our case, we need to group tasks by contract number. So on the grid view, we're going to add in a column. So we'll go Add column and select Labels. And on the Labels area, we need to modify them to match up with our contract numbers. So if you click into the Labels area, you'll see that they're just colors right now. We want to modify them. So we're going to select the blue one and edit that name. And we'll put in 1.1 as a contract value and then hit Edit label again. We'll do the same for the purple, and this time we'll put in 1.2. And lastly, we'll pick the pink one as 1.3. Now we can associate tasks in our schedule with the contract value. So we're going to assign 1.1 to the four tasks under the Project Charter. So we'll click that and add those in.
