What are relationship insights?
- [Narrator] Selling is all about relationships. Relationship insights can help your sales team better understand the relationships your organization has with its customers and prospects. There are three features that fall under the Relationship Insights in Dynamics 365. First we've got analytics and health. These calculate relationship health for deals, customers, and prospects. This data is presented to sellers in several charts which can be accessed through forms and views. Talking points, service relevant emails in Dynamics 365 for sellers to use as conversation starters or icebreakers. I'm sure you understand how important it is to be able to bring in somebody that already has an established relationship with the prospect or customer. And that's where, who knows whom comes in. It shows colleagues who have an existing relationship with a prospect or customer and it also shows the strength of that relationship. Relationship Insights is a group of features that work together to give sellers a better understanding of customer and prospect relationships. I'll discuss each feature in more detail during this course.
