Let me break down how we do this at Growth Runner, our data and analytics consultancy, and you'll be able to apply this method to any service sector. At Growth Runner, we get several inquiries a month asking us to support with tools like Google Analytics for or building out data warehouses for businesses. Our objective is to support as many clients as we can, and for that we need a sales process. As mentioned in other chapters of this module, I love working with one quantitative metric and one qualitative metric when measuring. One quantitative measure that we could use would be the number of inquiries, but inquiries aren't actual wins for the business.
