Use AI to get the conversation started

- [Instructor] Get conversations started and stand out for opportunities with Premium's new AI-powered message drafts. This tool helps you confidently craft personalized messages to recruiters or to make new connections. Premium subscribers can nearly triple their chances of getting hired by messaging the hiring manager directly. To use of this feature, click the Message button on job listings that include the Meet the hiring team section. Then in the message window, below the message field, click Write with AI and choose what kind of message you want to send. In this case, we have one option, which is Ask about the job. This tool uses information from your profile, the hiring manager's profile, the job description, and the company of interest to create a highly personalized draft message. Be sure to review and edit the draft to ensure it aligns with your own voice and experience. You can also use this feature on any first message to anyone on LinkedIn using InMail. Go to their profile, click Message, and choose Write with AI. And here, you can choose what type of message you'd like to write. Here, we'll generate an introduction message. And there it is. You can click the Refresh button to generate another version of the message. Again, be sure to review and edit any drafts the AI generates for you to make sure it best reflects you and your unique voice.
