In this video, I'll show you how to optimize your LinkedIn ads to focus on educating your audience and driving meaningful engagement over time so that they get to the point of conversion. First, we must stop being obsessed with only leads and instead consider other engagement metrics. In reality, both metrics are very important because a conversion without consumption first is an unaware lead who will be more likely to no-show to your call and frustrate your sales team. LinkedIn campaign manager recently rolled out a new stat called Dwell Time, which is perfect for this optimization. Using Dwell Time, we can see how much time on average prospects are spending looking at our ads. This can tell us if they're sitting there and really reading it or if they're just scrolling by.
