- [Instructor] Collaboration is key to creating effective business diagrams. And Visio makes it easy for multiple people to view and edit threaded comments in a diagram, whether or not they have a Visio license. You heard that right. Anyone with a web browser can view and add comments in a Visio diagram. To enable commenting when viewing a Visio diagram in your browser, tap the comments button in the upper right of the browser window. The Comments pane will show existing comments, if any, and comment balloons will appear above the upper right corner of any shapes that include comments. To add a comment, tap a shape to select it, click the New button in the Comments pane, enter your text, and then click the Post button.
