That's not their job, but it may be hard for your salespeople to remember every single product that's available, especially if you have over 10,000 products. So how do you create a quick quote in that situation? Salesforce CPQ accounts for this with a process called guided selling. Guided selling is basically like a wizard that asks you specific questions and then suggests products based on those answers. Here's an example of how it looks in Salesforce CPQ. Not only does it take some of the pressure off the salespeople to memorize every product, but it also provides suggestions that the salesperson may not have considered.
