- [Instructor] Processes are made out of two components, a repetitive and manual part of the process, and the part of the process where the person performing it has to take some actions, make a decision, do some reasoning or process some information to make a decision. Now this is called the cognitive part of the process and so far we have seen how to automate repetitive and manual tasks. However, Microsoft Power Automate Desktop allows us also to automate the cognitive activities that a person or a process might have. These cognitive activities can be found inside of the actions and they give us access to different machine learning algorithms provided by Google, IBM, and Microsoft. These are API calls that call the different services and allow us to perform AI or machine learning related processes and tasks.
