Moving objects in 3D

- [Instructor] In order to move an object in 3D, first it needs to be selected. We know that we can select objects in the object manager, and manipulate their properties, and we also see that in the view port, an axis is generated there. But we can also use the selection tools, which we have here if we click and hold. We can also use the selection tools like the live selection to select objects within the view port. The live selection is a really useful tool because it allows you to paint select. So if I click and drag without lifting my left mouse button, it will select all these objects that I've painted over, and essentially, it will unify the axis like this and allow me to move them as one object, which is very handy. So there's also a specific tool for moving, which is the move tool, which you'll find here. The difference between the move tool and the live selection tool is you cannot paint select with the move…
