- Who is the most organized person on your team? Most likely somebody came to mind, and that person is probably pretty high in conscientiousness, and they're likely a high performer who is incredibly reliable, which is good. However, there's some hidden challenges that you should know. Before we go into that though, let's take a look at what we mean by conscientiousness. Conscientious people are reliable, dependable, organized, and responsible. If you need something done, you ask them. They excel in positions where there is some level of consistency, because consistency allows them to create systems that maintain order. A lack of order makes them feel uncomfortable and anxious, but you may see another pattern emerge, that is a bit of a challenge when you're managing them.
