Snowflake genAI overview: Part 2
- Earlier we introduced Document AI, Universal Search, Snowflake Copilot, and Streamlet. We're going to pick up right where we left off by learning more about Snowflake Cortex. So as I mentioned before, I think of Snowflake Cortex as the land of easy to use LLM functions and features. It also includes some ML functions, which we'll talk about later. The Snowflake docs are more formal about it. They say Snowflake Cortex is an intelligent, fully-managed service that offers machine learning and AI solutions to Snowflake users. Here I want to focus specifically on the LLM functions that Snowflake Cortex provides. I think going over a few of these makes Snowflake Cortex seem a lot less abstract, and in the next video, we'll actually put one to use.
