What do you need for this course?
- Ideally, you'll have some end-user experience creating, editing, and transitioning Jira issues and creating pages in Confluence. It's also helpful to have Jira project admin, Confluence space admin, or higher permissions. But don't worry if you don't have those capabilities right now. After this course, you'll have enough information to approach the users who do to either ask them to enhance your permissions, or make the needed connections for you. It's also helpful to have a test environment. In a later course section, we'll create new Jira and Confluence cloud instances for experimentation. Next, I wanted to mention that it's really hard to keep up with software changes. New features are added, moved, or changed all the time. Existing features or even entire products are renamed, and links that worked yesterday are broken today.
