Here's how to go beyond the obvious and find out what your client really needs. Start by understanding the client's culture and pain points. Get a feel for how the organization operates. What do they value? What's the root of the issue? Knowing their culture and pain points gives you the context you need to design solutions that address the real problem, not just the symptoms.
