- I conduct webinars weekly for hundreds of job seekers, and one of the most frequent complaints I hear is the lack of feedback after interviews. AI driven tools resolve this issue by providing real time feedback, which improves candidate satisfaction and allows for quicker adjustments in the hiring process. So how exactly does AI enhance feedback loop? First and foremost, real-time feedback to candidates. One of the most significant advantages of AI in the feedback process is the ability to provide real-time feedback to candidates. By using AI driven platforms, you can instantly communicate the outcomes of interviews, share constructive feedback, and even suggest areas of improvement. This immediate response helps to keep candidates engaged and informed, reducing the anxiety and frustration that occurs when feedback is not provided. For example, you can utilize AI powered chatbots or virtual assistance to deliver personalized feedback based on predefined criteria, ensuring that each candidate receives timely and relevant information. This benefits your company in three ways. First, it greatly improves the candidate's experience, and secondly, it leaves a positive impression of your company brand. For example, if AI detects that a particular type of feedback results in a positive candidate experience and faster hiring decisions, then the tool could recommend a strong focus on those areas and future feedback provided.
