    The Five Insights on Human-Centered Learning shows how to embrace learner-centric learning. First is incorporating empathy into your learning experiences, second is boosting learner engagement, and third is providing effective feedback in learning, creating, and including assessments. In incorporating empathy talk to learners to understand their needs and avoid prescriptive learning. This helps uncover actual knowledge gaps. Customize the learning experience to meet the specific needs of your audience. Third is boosting learner engagement, avoiding unreviewed reflection, engaging with learner's input, avoiding purposeless tasks, and ensuring that every activity has meaning. Avoid unnecessary tasks and pointless questions and quizzes. Fourth is providing effective feedback in learning, there are 3 elements of effective feedback strengths, areas for improvement, and next steps. Effective feedback is constructive, motivates change, and provides hope, not discouragement.
