- [Diane] In everyday life, there are conflicts of interest that arise and it's always great to have a framework that kind of just guides the way you think about it in a very objective, logical way, having regard to what other people might think about it. Because as humans, you know, we have our own biases and you think you have the right intent, but when you put yourself in someone else's shoes that's when you realize, oh, what would someone else think?
