- [Instructor] In this movie, we'll see how you can use color to imbue emotion and improve the visual communication of your artwork to your audience. So let's get started. We're going to revisit the pigment-based color wheel. And remember, there's two parts of this color wheel. You have your cool hues and you have your warm hues, and we've showcased this already by I'm bringing it up again 'cause it ties to emotion quite a bit. There's even a color wheel of emotion that has been developed. Now, in my opinion, this is pretty subjective, it's not an absolute by any means but it's worth looking at regardless. Now, if this was absolutely true that red, for example, in this context applies to rage, then why would brands use that color so much in their brand logo?
