- [Narrator] Mobile banking is an extension of online banking, especially designed for smartphones and tablets. It offers similar functionalities as online banking, but provides the added advantage of mobility, enabling customers to manage their finances on the go. Mobile banking allows customers to receive real-time notifications for important account activities such as deposit confirmations, transactional alerts, and balance updates, which helps customers stay on top of their finances and detect any suspicious activities. To use mobile banking, the user needs to download the app from the bank and enroll in their online banking service.
