- Testing is often nerve wracking, glorious, and critical stage in design thinking. It's where we validate our work so far and see with our prototypes and feedback how to refine our solutions. Often, testing can be time-consuming and resource-intensive, but AI is transforming how we approach this phase. AI can enhance testing by providing deeper insights into user behaviors and preferences. For example, AI-powered analytics can track user interactions with prototypes in realtime, providing detailed data on how users navigate and use the product. One of the most helpful and interesting uses I have experienced for an AI application and testing is predictive analytics. By analyzing historical data, AI can predict potential user behaviors and outcomes, helping us anticipate issues and make proactive improvements. AI can also conduct automated usability testing.
