Introduction to design psychology
- Companies create product that fail in the marketplace regardless of how incredible they are. Features or functionality are not enough. You can design successful products without understanding how the human brain works. After all, you're designing for humans. Hi, I'm Tiziana d'Agostino. I'm a UX psychologist and interaction design consultant and teacher. I became a teacher because I enjoy sharing helpful strategies. This is why I created this course. I strongly believe psychology is at the center of the best design. You might think you need to get a specialized degree to do so, but the good news is you don't need a PhD to understand what makes a user tick. In this course, I'll take you through the branches of psychology most useful to your design work. Then I'll help you recognize what motivates people using practical example. You'll also be able to make design choices that capitalize on the unique nature of human attention, memory, and vision. By the end of this course, you'll be able to ethically use psychological principle to create more insightful, intuitive, and delightful experience for your customer. Are you ready to uplevel your design and persuade your customer to trust your brand, products, or services? Let's get started.
