Next steps with TCP/IP
- [Instructor] I hope you enjoyed this course on configuring and deploying TCP/IP services, and I encourage you to apply what you've learned to your own personal network, where applicable. Look at how the printers, computers, and other nodes on your network get their IP addresses. If they aren't using DHCP, ask yourself why? Look at the DNS servers you're using too. If you're using your ISPs default servers, consider changing to a different DNS server, like Google's or Cloudflare's. Finally, verify your router supports IPv6 and consider enabling it. Look at other features there such as parental controls and website blocking. If you're interested in learning more about TCP/IP, there are many other courses here on LinkedIn to discover.
