A lot of times people come to my team, and say, "People are leaving, the world is falling apart." If that's the case, it's important to get past the emotion, and get to why this is happening. So you can ask questions like, what issues have you heard and seen? Where are you hearing this from? Is it a particular seniority or tenure? What field this is happening in? For example, are they cybersecurity or data engineering?
