(upbeat music) - Time for another challenge. It's your turn to put what you have learned about attrition to good use. Imagine you've received another message from Jennifer who leads one of the largest business units within your company. She has concerns around attrition in her organization, specifically to share that it's been challenging to retain talent. Now again, what Jennifer is asking is pretty vague, but it's important to get practice with asking questions to understand what problems they're facing. Let's go back to the process we covered earlier. First, ask questions to understand the context. Next, form testable hypotheses. Then collect and analyze the data. This time I'm not going to provide data for you to use. Instead, you should try and think about what kind of data you need to answer these questions and then write that down.
