- When working with data-driven decisions, it all starts with some good questions, like, what happened? Why did it happen? So what's going to happen? Why? 'Cause all these can and should be answered with data. And then we stay focused on our decision-making work. Look at your emails. What is a decision question you recently had to respond to? Now remember, we already went over the difference between an information question and a decision question. So go back to that video if this is unfamiliar. 'Cause let's now talk about those decision questions. Recently, I had someone ask me what I thought of the new intern. A simple question. Well, she seemed nice.
