- In this exercise, my consulting engagement is about to close. The client and I are talking about accomplishments, and my client's perception of the changes that I spearheaded as their consultant. Note a few things as you listen. My success and improvement opportunities and the roles I fulfilled during my engagement, the results of my role as a reviewer. Did I choose the right level of toughness in my review? And, my approach to setting up a subsequent consulting engagement.
