- [Instructor] When we talk about big data stories, we're talking about when we want to create a narrative around a dashboard, but we need to take a multi-step approach to each stage. We want to create pages that somebody can look through as they walk through our stories that we've created. And to do that, we make use of the story point function within Tableau. So let's have a look at this dashboard. So I've got four sheets, a map, a heat map, a timeline, and a scatter plot. Now, at the moment, this is very much an exploratory dashboard. There's no narrative here. It's very much a neutral dashboard. It's just stating, here's the profits, and display them in ways that make sense. Now, if I start interacting with my dashboard, we can drill down and look for some interesting things. So I can see that some of my states, we make profits, and some of them we make losses. I can see that most of the time, we seem to make profits during each of my months, but there are a couple of months where…
