- [Instructor] Let's take a look at vertical containers. Now, vertical containers are one of the two different containers that we can add to our dashboard to allow us to align objects vertically. Now we add those from the object pane at the bottom left of our dashboard design tool. Now, one of the problems is, is that containers are invisible because they are containers, so they don't have anything to show themselves. So if I add my vertical container into my dashboard, the only thing I have to know that there is a container in here is this blue border when it's active. If I click away, it goes invisible because the container is just a, I guess it's kind of placeholder for you to put other things inside it so it doesn't actually have anything to show itself. If I click inside this white area, it highlights again. But if we had several containers in the view, that might be hard to do. Now, the other way we can do this is by going to the item hierarchy.
