Now, you can give a description for users and admins, but just keep in mind that if it doesn't have the asterisk next to that particular field, then it's not going to be required. So you can go ahead and add that, but I'm just going to skip it and I'm going to move on to the reference id. So the reference ID that you see here, I'm going to make that 1000. Now, if you've used a reference ID before, it will actually tell you you've already used it, and it exists, but as long as you have not used it before, you can go ahead and use that number. Now I want to choose the business function. So I'll click Choose, and I want to choose finance, according to the directions, and then under the category, I'm going to choose the Accounts payable and click choose.
