- [Instructor] There are many different types of policies we can create within Insider Risk Management, and Microsoft creates these templates for us that we can use. For instance, here's one for data theft by departing users. If you'd like, I can just go ahead and click Quick Setup. And this will set up the policy using all the defaults that you see here. It's going to include, under the user scope, all users and groups. And the triggering event is going to be the user account deleted from Microsoft Entra ID. And there's multiple different types of indicators as well, such as sharing SharePoint site information or downloading content from SharePoint. So I'm going to click to create the policy. And the policy's been created. You can also check to email when policies have unresolved warnings or have new high severity alerts. And click Done.
