The previous lesson emphasized the importance of reaching out to end users and asked how they're using their model and its results. Having a good understanding of the status of model adoption in an organization provides a solid foundation for building an effective training program. The starting point could be raising awareness on data science in general and cultivating analytics literacy among all stakeholders. Users will be more receptive of a data model when they have more background knowledge. The foundational knowledge is also critical when it comes to interpreting the results.
