I enjoyed the presenter and the high level, beginner approach. The only feedback I have is in regard to the statement that Addressable Standards are optional. It is a little more complex than that and is important for entities not to assume they only must implement required specifications. If an entity can and has the resources to implement the addressable standards, they should according to HHS. Overall, this is a great presentation that helps to remove some of the scares that are associated with HIPAA having a right size approach for entities in compliance is refreshing to hear during a HIPAA presentation.
