- Welcome to lesson three. This lesson covers the transit gateway option for connecting the regional networks as well as the EC2 instances that will be deployed to validate connectivity. We will begin with an introduction to the transit gateway resource and its features which we will use. We will then expand the infrastructure to include multi-region connectivity and the details required to implement traffic routing. After that is a discussion of the Terraform resources and their limitations, which will lead us to create our own Terraform module. Our next step is to list the EC2 requirements for Terraform and deploy those instances into each region. The final task is to deploy all of the transit gateways and perform our connectivity tests.
