Model curved headers

Model curved headers

- [Instructor] Our next project is to build curved headers on this curved wall. We can't just draw in a rectangle, or draw in a poly line here, because it would have straight edges. We want to match the curvature of this very large radius curve. So, we have the information that we need in the form of 2D layers. Let's turn all the layers on. Type layon enter. Let's turn off this green layer. To do so, we need to set layer zero current, so that we can turn off wall interior. 'Cause you can't turn off the current layer. So now, layer zero is current. This object right here is an arc. We can use that, because all arcs have a center point. So, let's draw in a circle. Let's snap the new circle's center to the arc's center. So, I'm going to force a center object snap by holding down shift and right clicking and choosing center. And then, click on the arc to specify the center point of the new circle. And then, specify the radius of the circle right here, by clicking on this intersection…
