Throughout this course, I've made the contention that you don't need to be a data analytics expert to become an expert user of data analytics. Part of this is knowing what you don't know and asking your data analytics team for advice. In fact, ChatGPT might be the first data expert you contact when handed a problem that needs a lot of data crunching to solve. Just ask it what to do. For example, just describe an HR problem and ask for advice on handling it. Then get more detailed saying what your issues and concerns are like high employee turnover, low engagement, or challenges with diversity and inclusion. ChatGPT can then offer general advice, suggest potential solutions, and explain best practices. You can also upload your anonymized company data and provide a clear description of the problem or questions you're looking to answer.
