I strongly urge you to make this rule one of your core business principles. Here's why. First off, the pilot test proves the process works. Second, you'll have some great stories to tell. And third, telling these stories will give you the confidence needed to convince others to move forward with your ideas. A/B testing is a powerful tool used to compare two different approaches to determine which one performs better.
