- [Instructor] So I mentioned before that when we want colored glass or any colored translucent material, we don't set that color through the refraction color. That's not the most appropriate way to do it. Instead, what we're going to do is play around with fog color. So we have a bunch of options in this translucency area and we are going to see them later on in the course. But right now, we are only going to focus on fog color and depth. So basically, fog color will control the actual color of the rays when it crosses the material. So this is the proper way for you to have a transparent, colored material. So let's just choose a random color, let's say. I'm going to go with a purple tone here. So something like that. Okay. And then right now, we have a colored surface. I'm going to render this really quickly before I play around with depth so that you can see what we have right now. All right, so pretty…
