    I was selected as Leader of the Year by the senior leadership within the company for my role in both successfully managing my own team of 10 recruiters while also contributing heavily to the launch of a major company technology transition. That project had me in individual contact with almost every employee of the company over the course of the year as we rolled out this software. I also designed all of the training materials and lead a majority of the training classes for this launch.
