“I joined the data science team at Roche as a postdoctoral researcher while James was the team leader. James was a large reason why I decided to join the team, as he gave me so much time during my interview to portray the working environment and style of the team. And I'm happy to say that I wasn't disappointed! I had a great 2 years working with him: James was constantly supportive and insightful, providing me with the means necessary to do my research, and the advice and feedback that I needed to be the most productive. He is a great team leader, driving the whole group forward and effortlessly managing all of the team's projects. James is also incredibly amicable and easy to get along with, and we've had many great social events together. I look forward to keeping in contact with him in the years to come!”
