Formerly a Microsoft corporate vice president now serving on several PE backed boards, I bring over 30 years of global technology leadership around AI, data, and cloud transformation.
I have built business and product strategy spanning initial business ideation, pricing, acquisitions and product development through enterprise sales, marketing and global partner ecosystems go to market development. I have managed a $40B portfolio, an $8B P&L and built a line of business growing to $10B in 4 years. I reimagined and turned around the once-faltering global partner program, growing it into a $40B powerhouse with more than 90,000 cloud services partners and over 12,000 published marketplace solutions. As a board director, I advise executive teams of high growth technology led companies on ways to transform and scale the organization through new technologies including AI, security and cloud management.
I am a builder and change agent, turning around businesses by inspiring a vision for future customer relevance and engaging teams in developing the roadmap. My passion lies in empowering women and their allies. I have presented at TEDx Cherry Creek on driving for Gender Equity in high tech. I am also an ATHENA Global Leadership award winner and co-founder of both Women in Cloud and Women in Technology Network. I have authored an e-book on #ALLIES and delivered an online interactive training program on inclusive actions to become #ALLIES.
