“Bernie is a Dreamer and Change Maker! He consistently demonstrates exceptional strategic and talent management skills. With his extensive experience in all areas of HR, positive attitude and great customer focus, he is able to inspire the people from the organisation for change and development. When I look back over the last year, it has been a year of action. Bernie was always there for me, giving me the support to win and get results, even in the most demanding situations. He demonstrated right from the start that, if there is a problem, we have the solution. My first month we developed and implemented an Employee Retention Workshop in the Regional Innovation Centers and Manifacturing Centers in Germany (Kerpen, Bad Homburg) and Novi (US). With his encouragement and expertise, I was able to later launch a one-day Teambuilding Leadership Training for all R&D Teams, focused on ensuring efficient communication and understanding training gaps. He is relentless in his mission to bring people forward and create environment of learning, achievement and constant drive for knowledge on a global level. Our relationship is often one of a mentor/mentee and he has equipped me with multiple Assessment Tools such as DiSC, MBTI, TKI, PXT which will help me address the L&D needs across Europe. And these are only the surface of his knowledge and tool box. To this he continuously takes the role of a consultant and coach, bringing clarity to everyday tasks and projects. Currently, I am looking forward to rolling out Crucial Conversations and “Acceleration” the DDI Leadership Development Program in the coming months. Bernie thank you for inspiring me every day! I relish the opportunity to keeping it moving.”
