The LinkedIn Customer Learning Centers and Marketing Labs are sites that offer free online courses about LinkedIn Talent, Sales, and Advertising solutions to help you discover customer learning content.
To access these sites, you must create an account. Your account allows you to access your course progress, review your transcript, and receive platform communications (for example, live training reminders, certificates, and recommended courses).
When creating an account, keep in mind:
- You must sign into LinkedIn to create an account. You can’t access these sites without a LinkedIn profile.
- LinkedIn Customer Learning Centers and Marketing Labs are hosted by eLearning software Skilljar.
- When you create an account, you’ll be asked to grant permission for Skilljar to use certain information. Skilljar may use this information to service the eLearning experience that LinkedIn creates, and as described in its privacy policy.
- LinkedIn may use your LinkedIn profile, transcript information, and your Skilljar activity to inform enhancements to the platforms and contact you with information related to LinkedIn's products and services.
LinkedIn may also share information about your use of the Customer Learning Centers with your employer. If you'd like to remove your account on these sites, please contact our support team.
