[𝗔𝗺𝗯𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗮𝗱𝗼𝗿𝘀 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗶𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗲 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱] – A key moment for dialogue and strategy On July 1st and 2nd, the Ambassadors Committee took place, bringing together representatives from SYNETICS, MASTERRIND GmbH and INNOVAL at our headquarters in Noyal-sur-Vilaine for its annual edition. 🚀 This strategic event is a key moment to align on the company’s future orientations, strengthen the ties between our structures, and collectively reflect on how to better serve breeders across all markets. [𝐋𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐛𝐚𝐜𝐤 𝐨𝐧 𝐚 𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐲 𝐬𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐝𝐚𝐲: 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐲 𝐟𝐢𝐫𝐬𝐭 𝐒𝐘𝐍𝐄𝐓𝐈𝐂𝐒 𝐃𝐚𝐲!]🎉 📅 June 24th will remain a key milestone in the history of our group: 𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐲 𝐟𝐢𝐫𝐬𝐭 𝐒𝐘𝐍𝐄𝐓𝐈𝐂𝐒 𝐃𝐚𝐲, designed to thank each and every one of our team members for their dedication, energy, and involvement since the beginning of this shared journey. In both France and Germany, we celebrated this day simultaneously with the same program, the same activities, and most importantly, the same spirit: 𝗮 𝘀𝗽𝗶𝗿𝗶𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝘀𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴, 𝗰𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗮𝗯𝗼𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 and 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗷𝗼𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝗯𝗲𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗼𝗴𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿.🥳 🤝 It was also a great opportunity to strengthen our Franco-German connection and show that, despite the distance, we are 𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗺. [𝐇𝐨𝐥𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐢𝐧 𝐁𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐃𝐞𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭] - Annual meeting in Verden 🐄 From June 4th to 5th, 2025, our SYNETICS 𝐇𝐨𝐥𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐢𝐧 𝐁𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐃𝐞𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 team gathered in Northern Germany for their annual meeting. All our German and French SYNETICS Holstein breeding program colleagues were invited and they were very enthusiastic! 😁 The agenda included a half-day meeting in Verden on Wednesday morning, followed by visits to our ET station in Nückel and our heifer quarantine & recipient station in Rodenkirchen in the afternoon.🧬🐮 On Thursday, the entire team visited two SYNETICS 𝐇𝐨𝐥𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐢𝐧 𝐛𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐦 𝐟𝐚𝐫𝐦𝐬, sharing knowledge and strengthening collaboration.🤝 🙌 We would like to 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐤 𝐛𝐨𝐭𝐡 𝐟𝐚𝐫𝐦𝐬, 𝘉𝘦𝘯𝘯𝘪𝘯𝘨𝘩𝘰𝘧𝘧 and 𝘓𝘶̈𝘯𝘴𝘤𝘩𝘦𝘯, for welcoming us and allowing us to share experiences.

[𝐏𝐚𝐤𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐢 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐑𝐨𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐚 𝐝𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐛𝐮𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐬] - Visit in Verden! Last week, we had the pleasure of welcoming our long-standing distribution partners to our headquarters in Verden: 𝐃-𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐚𝐧𝐲/𝐅𝐀-𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬 from Pakistan and 𝐌𝐀𝐒𝐓𝐄𝐑 𝐁𝐎𝐕𝐈𝐒 from Romania. Each of them met their new SYNETICS sales contact (Thomas Gasseling and Gerriët de Groot), who will now be supporting them moving forward.🤝 🎯Our 𝐏𝐚𝐤𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐢 𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐧𝐞𝐫 explored our facilities — including the bull barn — followed by a lively exchange on the future expansion of the sales network in their country. 🎯With our 𝐑𝐨𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐚𝐧 𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐧𝐞𝐫, the meeting had two main objectives: to coordinate the regular collection of ordered semen and to get acquainted with their new contact person. These visits reflect the strength of our collaboration and the mutual trust that drives it. We’re excited to 𝒄𝒐𝒏𝒕𝒊𝒏𝒖𝒆 𝒃𝒖𝒊𝒍𝒅𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒇𝒖𝒕𝒖𝒓𝒆 𝒕𝒐𝒈𝒆𝒕𝒉𝒆𝒓!🚀

[𝐀𝐐𝐔𝐈𝐓𝐀𝐍𝐈𝐌𝐀 𝐓𝐎𝐔𝐑] – Focus on GOAT Genetics 🐐 As part of the 𝐀𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐦𝐚 𝐬𝐡𝐨𝐰 a number of tours were organised for foreign visitors, including the highly popular 𝐆𝐨𝐚𝐭 𝐓𝐨𝐮𝐫 from 20th to 23rd of May.   This year, 𝟐𝟓 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐟𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐬𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 from Belgium, Italy, UK, Canada, USA, Israel and Kazakhstan came to discover the 𝐅𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐡 𝐠𝐨𝐚𝐭 𝐠𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐬 𝐬𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐫.🧬   🙌 Thank you to all the breeders and partners who welcomed us so warmly, and to Interco Nouvelle-Aquitaine, Capgenes and SYNETICS Export for organising and supporting these tours, which are always a rich source of exchange and sharing!   🤝 Thank you to 𝐚𝐥𝐥 𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐯𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐬, it was a real pleasure to introduce them to French goat genetics. 📢 The 𝐧𝐞𝐱𝐭 𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐭 for our foreign friends is CAPR'INOV show from 25th to 27th of November. 📅 If you missed the Aquitanima tours, it's an annual event, so see you next year! #aquitanima #salondelagriculture #goat

[𝐊𝐀𝐙𝐀𝐊𝐇𝐒𝐓𝐀𝐍] – Insemination Training🐄🎓 As part of the “Skills Development in Kazakhstan” project initiated by the German Federal Ministry of Food and Agriculture, 𝐶𝑦𝑟𝑖𝑙 𝐽𝑜𝑠𝑠𝑒 (𝐒𝐘𝐍𝐄𝐓𝐈𝐂𝐒 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭) and 𝐻𝑒𝑟𝑚𝑎𝑛𝑛-𝐽𝑜𝑠𝑒𝑓 𝑆𝑐ℎ𝑚𝑖𝑑𝑡 (MASTERRIND GmbH) joined 𝑈. 𝑊𝑒𝑑𝑑𝑖𝑔𝑒 (𝐊𝐅𝐌) at a breeding education center with a Holstein farm. 🐮 𝐎𝐛𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐬: ✅ Present SYNETICS offerings directly on-site ✅ Train to improve the skills of Kazakh technicians in insemination 💡The training took place under 𝐞𝐱𝐜𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬, with a warm welcome and highly motivated, engaged participants : 𝟏 𝐌𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐫 and 𝟒 𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐬.
